Indonesian Crime Prevention Foundation (ICPF) Founded by national figures and generals, LCKI was initiated by Police General (Ret.) Tan Sri Prof. Drs. Da’i Bachtiar, SH, AO, former Chief of Police of the Republic of Indonesia. LCKI is based in Jakarta and has BPD (Regional Executive Board) offices at the provincial level throughout Indonesia.
Indonesian Crime Prevention Foundation (ICPF) is also part of an international crime prevention network, established in a number of Asian countries.
