🎯 I. PURPOSE

To strengthen institutional capacity in utilizing science and technology to support crime prevention programs, enhance information systems, and foster digital innovation.

💼 II. MAIN DUTIES

  1. Develop and manage institutional information systems based on technology
  2. Conduct research and technological studies to support LCKI’s work programs
  3. Provide recommendations on technology applications in crime prevention
  4. Establish cooperation with research institutions, universities, and technology partners
  5. Prepare reports on technology development and utilization
  6. Organize training and technology education for management and the public

📋 III. WORK PROCEDURES

  1. Information System Development
    • Identify internal information system needs (database, reporting, monitoring)
    • Develop digital platforms for public reporting and activity documentation
    • Establish data security protocols and user access guidelines
  2. Research & Technology Studies
    • Conduct studies on relevant technologies for crime prevention (AI, CCTV, digital forensics)
    • Prepare reports and recommendations for implementation
    • Coordinate with the Research & Development Division and Expert Council for scientific validation
  3. Partnerships & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and technology startups
    • Draft MoUs and joint work plans with technology partners
    • Participate in national forums on innovation and technology

 

  1. Training & Education
    • Develop training modules on technology for management and volunteers
    • Organize workshops and webinars on crime prevention technologies
    • Disseminate educational materials through social media and LCKI’s official website

  • Ensure the effectiveness and security of technological systems in use
  • Submit activity reports to the Secretary General and Chairman
  • Safeguard data confidentiality and integrity of information systems
  • Represent LCKI in national forums on technology and innovation
