This document outlines the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Division of Health of the Indonesian Crime Prevention Institute (LCKI). This division plays a role in supporting crime prevention through promotive, preventive, and rehabilitative approaches in the public health sector.

🎯 I. PURPOSE

To improve the quality of public health as part of crime prevention strategies, and to provide educational services and health assistance to vulnerable groups and those affected by crime.

💼 II. MAIN DUTIES

  1. Develop community-based health programs linked to crime prevention
  2. Provide education on mental, physical, and social health to the public
  3. Offer health assistance to crime victims and vulnerable groups
  4. Establish cooperation with Health Offices, Community Health Centers (Puskesmas), hospitals, and professional organizations
  5. Prepare activity reports and recommendations for preventive health policies
  6. Organize health training for LCKI volunteers and management

📋 III. WORK PROCEDURES

  1. Health Program Planning
    • Identify public health needs in the operational area
    • Develop activity plans such as nutrition counseling, mental health education, and infectious disease prevention
    • Prepare budgets and schedules in coordination with regional management
  2. Education & Assistance Implementation
    • Organize seminars, campaigns, and health training sessions
    • Provide counseling services and medical referrals for crime victims
    • Document activities systematically (photos, attendance lists, reports)
  3. Cross-Sector Partnerships
    • Collaborate with health institutions and professional organizations (IDI, IAKMI, etc.)
    • Draft MoUs for community health services cooperation
    • Coordinate with the Advocacy and Legal Division for victim assistance

 

  1. Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Prepare reports on social impact and community participation levels
    • Conduct satisfaction surveys and assess program effectiveness
    • Provide recommendations for program development to the central management

📌 IV. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure activities are carried out according to promotive, preventive, and rehabilitative principles
  • Safeguard confidentiality of individual and group health data
  • Submit activity reports to the Chairman and Secretary General
  • Represent LCKI in national public health forums
