This document outlines the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Division of Entrepreneurship & Funding of the Indonesian Crime Prevention Institute (LCKI). This division aims to strengthen community economic resilience as a crime prevention strategy through entrepreneurship development and transparent, sustainable funding management.

🎯 I. PURPOSE

To promote economic independence among communities and LCKI management through social entrepreneurship programs, while ensuring accountable, efficient, and mission-driven funding management that supports crime prevention.

💼 II. MAIN DUTIES

  1. Develop and implement community-based entrepreneurship training programs
  2. Establish social business units that support LCKI activities
  3. Design internal and external funding systems for the institution
  4. Build partnerships with business entities, cooperatives, and financial institutions
  5. Prepare financial reports and institutional business plans
  6. Organize training in business and financial management for management and communities

📋 III. WORK PROCEDURES

  1. Entrepreneurship Development
    • Develop entrepreneurship training modules (business ideas, management, marketing, finance)
    • Conduct training and mentoring for micro and community enterprises
    • Identify local potentials for developing LCKI business units
  2. Funding Management
    • Design internal funding systems (membership fees, donations, business revenues) and external sources (grants, CSR, partnerships)
    • Prepare Budget and Expenditure Plans (RAB) for each activity
    • Produce transparent monthly and annual financial reports

 

  1. Strategic Partnerships
    • Collaborate with cooperatives, MSMEs, financial institutions, and CSR partners
    • Draft MoUs for social business and funding cooperation
    • Participate in national forums on entrepreneurship and social economy
  2. Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Evaluate business unit performance and funding effectiveness
    • Prepare reports on social and economic impacts of entrepreneurship programs
    • Submit development recommendations to central management

📌 IV. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accountability and transparency in institutional fund management
  • Submit activity and financial reports to the Secretary General and Chairman
  • Safeguard sustainability and social impact of LCKI business units
  • Represent LCKI in national forums on economics and entrepreneurship
