This document outlines the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Division of Education, Spirituality, Culture & Tourism of the Indonesian Crime Prevention Institute (LCKI). This division plays a role in shaping community character through educational, spiritual, cultural preservation, and tourism development approaches based on national values and crime prevention.

🎯 I. PURPOSE


To enhance public awareness of law, morality, and social responsibility through formal and non-formal education, spiritual development, cultural preservation, and tourism initiatives that support crime prevention and strengthen national character.

💼 II. MAIN DUTIES

  1. Develop and implement character education and legal awareness programs
  2. Organize interfaith spiritual activities for community moral development
  3. Preserve local cultural values as social safeguards against crime
  4. Develop educational and cultural tourism that strengthens social resilience
  5. Establish cooperation with educational, religious, cultural, and tourism institutions
  6. Prepare activity reports and policy recommendations based on noble values

📋 III. WORK PROCEDURES

  1. Education & Character
    • Develop anti-crime education modules for schools and communities
    • Organize training, seminars, and public discussions on social and legal ethics
    • Coordinate with the Education Office and formal/non-formal educational institutions
  2. Spiritual Development
    • Organize religious activities such as study groups, retreats, and interfaith dialogues
    • Develop spiritual guidance materials promoting honesty, compassion, and responsibility
    • Collaborate with religious leaders and institutions
  3. Cultural Preservation
    • Hold cultural festivals, traditional arts training, and local heritage documentation
    • Develop cultural preservation programs as educational and crime prevention tools
    • Coordinate with the Cultural Office and indigenous communities
  4. Tourism Development
    • Design educational and cultural tourism packages highlighting local values
    • Collaborate with the Tourism Office, travel agencies, and tourism villages
    • Develop safe and ethical tourism guidelines for communities and visitors

📌 IV. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure activities are carried out inclusively, educationally, and ethically
  • Submit activity reports to the Chairman and Secretary General
  • Uphold the integrity of cultural and spiritual values in every program
  • Represent LCKI in national forums on education, culture, and tourism
