This document outlines the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Division of Transportation & Telecommunications of the Indonesian Crime Prevention Institute (LCKI). This division plays a vital role in supporting smooth internal and external communication within the institution, as well as ensuring operational connectivity across regions and partner organizations.

🎯 I. PURPOSE

To ensure the smooth functioning of communication systems and coordination among management, partners, and the public through the management of transportation facilities and telecommunication technologies that are secure, efficient, and integrated.

💼 II. MAIN DUTIES

1. Develop and manage the institution’s internal communication system
2. Provide technical support for communication and transportation equipment
3. Establish cooperation with transportation agencies and telecommunication operators
4. Develop emergency communication protocols and network security measures
5. Provide information services and coordination across LCKI regions
6. Prepare operational reports and recommendations for communication system development

📋 III. WORK PROCEDURES

1. Internal Communication Management
   • Develop communication systems between central and regional management (email, WhatsApp groups, radio communication, etc.)
   • Provide necessary communication devices for field activities
   • Establish schedules for routine coordination and official communication protocols
2. Transportation & Logistics Support
   • Arrange transportation for operational activities and field investigations
   • Prepare lists of vehicles and operational routes
   • Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure efficient mobilization
3. Telecommunication Security
   • Develop security protocols for digital and radio communications
   • Encrypt sensitive data and monitor network access
   • Establish emergency communication SOPs for incidents or disasters
4. Partnership and Coordination
   • Collaborate with the Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, and telecommunication operators
   • Draft MoUs for technical cooperation and network support
   • Act as liaison between LCKI and external communication partners

📌 IV. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure smooth communication and transportation for institutional operations
• Safeguard the security and confidentiality of information transmitted through networks
• Submit activity reports to the Secretary General and the Chairman
• Represent LCKI in technical forums on communication and transportation
